Our Email Gateway service is the first line of defence for your mail server. Emails are checked for Viruses and SPAM before they get to your mail server.

Smart Host – Authenticated Email Relay service
A smart host is an authenticated mail relay service which allows your mail server to route e-mail to the CallPlus Mail Server to check for Viruses and SPAM before sending emails to the end recipient.

Backup mail (secondary MX) services
Collects emails on your behalf when your primary mail server is offline and then delivers emails when your mail server comes back online.
